Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (Peds-RRT) for a 13‑week travel assignment in Allentown, PA. The role requires 1 year of acute care experience, NBRC‑RRT, BLS, ACLS, with PALS/NRP potentially required in some areas.

36 hours weekly on a 12‑hour night shift, travel employment. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, evaluating and applying treatments per guidelines, maintaining records, and ensuring equipment functionality.

Qualifications

• Must have NBRC-RRT, BLS, and ACLS.
• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• 13 weeks travel assignment; 36 hours per week; nights; travel position in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients in various clinical areas, including evaluations and treatments per procedural guidelines.
• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities.
• Maintain patient records/documentation.
• Assemble, calibrate, maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment; report malfunctions.
