American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Echocardiography travel assignment in Fairfax, Virginia. The role encompasses NICU, PICU and Cardiac ICU coverage with 40 hours per week on day shifts, starting 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks.

ARDMS and BLS certifications are required, with Epic EMR and Philips equipment usage on-site. Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of pediatric sonography experience; may include fetal echo and adult congenital echo experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in pediatric sonography.
• Extensive understanding of congenital and unusual forms of non-congenital heart disease.
• BLS and ARDMS Certification required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Covers NICU, PICU, and Cardiac ICU units.
• Performs echocardiographic studies spanning fetal congenital (22+ weeks), pediatric heart disease, and adult congenital echocardiography.
• Uses Philips equipment, Epic EMR, and PACS Fuji CV Synapse system.
• Day shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
