TotalMed Allied seeks a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (Peds-RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Bradenton, FL. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, with a 36-hour workweek, providing direct pediatric respiratory care across clinical areas.

Requirements include 1 year of acute care experience, NBRC-RRT, BLS, ACLS; PALS and NRP may be required in some regions. A tax-free stipend may be determined.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care experience required.
• NBRC-RRT certification required.
• BLS, ACLS required; PALS and NRP may be required in some areas.

Responsabilités

• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities as ordered.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Clean, disinfect, assemble and calibrate equipment; report malfunctions.
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples per guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support.
