Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel Pediatric Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment in Denver, CO. This onsite contract runs for 13 weeks starting mid‑November, with a weekly stipend and base pay in a competitive package.

Night Shift 12 hours/day, 3 days/week, Denver, CO. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of pediatric RN experience, BLS, PALS and NRP, and are comfortable with high-flow oxygen and chest tubes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current Pediatric RN experience.
• BLS, PALS.
• NRP.
• Must be comfortable managing: High-flow oxygen, spinal fusion patients, chest tubes.

Responsibilities

• Night Shift 12 hours/day, 3 days/week in a fast-paced pediatric department.
• Provide pediatric nursing care and assist with critical procedures as needed.
• Support teammates and maintain patient safety and comfort.

Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set

Minimum 1 year of current Pediatric RN experience
BLS
PALS
NRP
Must be comfortable managing:
High-flow oxygen
Spinal fusion patients
Chest tubes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Meditech experience

Typical Procedures

• Nasogastric Tube (NGT) placement/care

• Foley catheter placement/care

• TP tube management

• Peripheral IV (PIV) insertion

• Phlebotomy

• AccuVein available in the department

• Lumbar punctures (LPs) — rare, but may occasionally occur
