Job summary

CDS is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Occupational Therapist to work with preschool children in the Waterville/Bangor area. The therapist will participate in the IFSP/IEP team, evaluate progress, and provide targeted therapy to children ages 0–5.

This 40-hour calendar-year position requires travel and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Maine state licensure and CCC are required.

Qualifications

• State of Maine OT license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to preschool children (birth to 5).
• Collaborate with IFSP/IEP team to develop goals and services.
• Document and report findings according to MaineCare and Chapter 101.
