Job summary

CDS Forest Friends in Maine is seeking a Preschool Occupational Therapist to serve children ages 3-5 within the IFSP/IEP framework. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy, collaborating with a team to support school readiness and compliance with IDEA and Maine regulations.

The role requires Maine OT licensure and CCC, with travel to nearby CDS sites. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offering comprehensive benefits and a strong support network for staff and families.

Qualifications

• State of Maine Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• Successful background, criminal records, fingerprinting and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to children birth to 5 years old.
• Collaborate with IFSP/IEP team to develop goals and objectives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to parents and CDS case managers.
• Maintain timely documentation and reports per MaineCare and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver services at CDS Forest Friends and related locations.
