Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Pediatric OR travel nurse RN for a 14-week assignment in Baltimore, MD. This 40-hour/week role features a 10-hour day shift in the Pediatric Operating Room, with travel employment type.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of acute care experience and current PALS and BLS certifications. The assignment begins 09/28/2026 and includes tax-free stipend details subject to approval.

Qualifications

• PALS and BLS certification required.
• 2 years of pediatric OR or travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving and positioning of patient.
• Manage patient care in the OR according to hospital policy.
• Ensure all patient paperwork is completed prior to procedure.
• Monitor for signs of impaired gas exchange related to anesthesia.
• Stay by the patient's side until anesthesia has been induced and stabilized.
