• Minimum one year of professional experience.
• Current state license as an OT / actively pursuing licensure if in process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with defined goals.
• Develop care plans for each OT patient and provide skilled services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reach patient goals.
