Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Pediatric ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Madera, CA. The role focuses on delivering emergency pediatric care in a fast-paced setting, with collaboration across clinical teams and families to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• One year of recent experience as a Pediatric ER RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Explain emergency procedures to pediatric patients and families in an age-appropriate manner.
• Administer prescribed and emergent medications and treatments per pediatric protocols.
• Prepare and operate pediatric emergency equipment and assist physicians.
• Ensure comfort and safety of pediatric patients in emergencies.
• Perform pediatric vital sign assessments and respond to deviations.
• Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies (distress, trauma, arrest).
• Document patient assessments and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide care.
• Develop and implement care plans with families.
• Participate in quality improvement to enhance pediatric care.
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
