MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the PCU in Tacoma, Washington. This 13-week assignment runs 48 hours per week with 12-hour nights, starting 10/19/2026, and offers comprehensive benefits and travel reimbursement.

You will provide acute care PCU/step-down nursing, monitor patients, perform assessments, and collaborate with the facility’s healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Progressive Care Nurses monitor cardiac and other vital signs and respond to changes.
• Nurses use computer equipment to monitor and intervene when needed.
