Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU at Wyandotte, Michigan, for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts. Start date 10/05/2026.

The RN will provide care in the Progressive Care Unit, supervise staff, and support discharge planning and patient teaching from admission. Requirements include BLS, ACLS, and a valid nursing license with graduation from an approved program; 2+ years bedside experience.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required; active nursing license and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience.
• Education: active RN licensure and graduation from an approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees.
• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Contribute to team conferences and discharge planning.
• Provide patient teaching and ensure safety in accordance with hospital policies.
