Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a PCU Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, IN. The RN will provide unit-based patient care in a PCU/step-down setting with a focus on telemetry monitoring and rapid response to changes.

The role requires IN or Compact licensure, ACLS/BLS, and at least 2 years of RN experience in acute care. Schedule is 4x12-hour nights (19:00–07:30), with a 13-week assignment and Cerner charting.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 2+ years as RN.
• Active IN license or compact license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care in PCU/stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan care.
