Interim HealthCare of Indianapolis Staffing is seeking an experienced Telemetry PCU RN for a 13-week night contract at a Fort Wayne hospital. The role emphasizes Neuro/Cardiac care in a high-acuity PCU/Step-Down setting and offers competitive pay.

You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer IV and cardio medications, collaborate with clinicians, and maintain electronic documentation. Must hold Indiana RN license, BLS & ACLS, plus 2 years in Step-Down/Med-Surg/PCU; Neuro experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or Compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Stepdown/Med/Tele/PCU experience.
• Cardiac and Neuro experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Active BLS, TB test, and facility-required compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a PCU/Step-Down setting for a 13-week contract.
• Monitor patient conditions, cardiac rhythms, vitals, oxygenation, and report changes promptly.
• Administer IV and cardiac medications, anticoagulants, and other therapies per orders.
• Monitor telemetry and provide advanced care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and the care team.
