Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel RN PCU nurse for a 13-week assignment in Abilene, Texas. This role requires 36 hours per week, nights, and 12-hour shifts.

The PCU/Step-down RN will monitor patients, manage cardiac vitals and titrate medications. Active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 18 months of acute care PCU experience required. Travel reimbursement and housing options are provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 18 months of recent experience in Acute Care PCU/Step-down.
• Other requirements determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients not unstable enough for ICU.
• Assist in titration of complex medications and monitor vitals.
