Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel RN PCU in Denton, TX for a 13-week assignment starting 10/19/2026. Work nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week as a travel RN in PCU/step-down care. Travel with full benefits and agency support.

Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac and other vital signs, intervening as needed, and delivering patient-centered care in a busy PCU setting. Prior PCU/step-down experience is required and licensing must be active.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• 18+ months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients not requiring ICU care.
• Use monitor equipment to detect changes and enable timely interventions.
