ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, on the 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM night shift. You will care for patients in Acute Care and Neuro Stepdown, with RN licensure and specialized certifications required. Benefits include medical/dental, 401(k), travel and housing support.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with strong acute care nursing skills.
• Experience in Neuro Stepdown nursing preferred.
• Certifications: BLS for Acute Care, BLS and ACLS for Neuro Stepdown.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in both Acute Care and Neuro Stepdown units.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform procedures as required.
• Maintain patient ratios of 6:1 on Acute Care and 4:1 on Neuro Stepdown.
• Coordinate bedside shift reports and daily huddles with the care team.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as BIPAP, Vapotherm, and cardiac drips as needed.
