Required Experience and Qualifications:- 24 months of Medical Surgical, IMCU, Stepdown, or Progressive Care experience in a hospital or medical center setting- Neurology/neurosurgery care experience- Ortho/orthopedic care experience- Experience with EPIC EMR/electronic medical records- Drip Experience: Heparin, PCA, 3% Sodium/Na- EKG/Strip reading measuring/telemetry experience- Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate license- AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS- AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS- No first-time travelers, must have completed at least one travel assignment in the previous 12 months- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Medical Surgical, IMCU, Stepdown, or Progressive Care experience- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (Medical Surgical, IMCU, Stepdown, or Progressive Care)- Driver's License

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:- Trauma care experience- Specialty Equipment: telemetry, left equipment, chest tubes, airvo- Trauma level I experience- De-escalation certificate (CPI, MOAB, MAB, or SAMA)- NIHSS certification (can be obtained during onboarding)- Professional Reference/Reference Check from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference within 24 months of today's date
