Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, seeks a Travel Paramedic for a long-term project in Hereford, TX. You will respond to emergencies, provide essential medical care, and coordinate with treatment facilities while traveling between worksites.

Role requirements include active NREMT-Paramedic and Texas paramedic license, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years EMS experience. Travel and lodging are provided; 14 days on/14 days off.”

Qualifications

• Active NREMT-Paramedic and Paramedic license in Texas.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of EMS experience (ED or 911 ambulance).
• 911 experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for follow-up care.
• Engage with site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite conditions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document all encounters.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
• Work well in a team and independently in remote sites.
