Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Paint / Sound Dampening / Lagging trades.
• 1+ year work experience at Electric Boat.
• Instructing/teaching experience (formal or informal).
• Leadership experience (team lead or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Instruct multiple Paint / Sound Dampening / Lagging courses.
• Oversee embedded instructor quality to meet site training needs.
• Direct and assess hands-on training with practice and tests.
• Enforce safety rules during training and audits.
• Assess student performance and conformity to procedures.
• Support course content reviews and related activities.
• Conduct assessments as scheduled; manage rosters and paperwork.
• Engage with Focus Factory Leadership on student performance.
