Cross Country Nurses in Los Alamos, NM is seeking a travel RN for PACU - Post Anesthesia Care to join a 47-bed acute care facility for a 6-week assignment. The role provides postoperative recovery care for adult patients, with ENT cases such as appendectomy and gallbladder procedures, and requires days shifts with on-call responsibilities.

The start date is 11/09/2026 and candidates must be able to begin within 7–10 days of offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years PACU experience
• Certifications must be provided at submission
• Start within 7-10 days from offer

Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative recovery care for adult patients in PACU.
• Assist ENT procedures such as appendectomy and gallbladder surgeries.
• Work 40 hours per week on days shifts with on-call responsibilities.
• Respond within 30 minutes for on-call cases.
