TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The PACU RN will provide post-operative observation and care, monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, and ensure safe transitions from surgery to recovery.

This assignment requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and certifications ACLS/BLS/PALS. The role features 12-hour days, a travel employment type, and an 18-week duration with 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• 2 years of acute care experience required.
• RN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a broad range of patients from pediatrics to adults.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient's condition.
• Monitor for condition changes and report to the physician.
• Determine when patients are recovered and ready to move to a room.
