Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for PACU in San Francisco, CA. This 13-week assignment features 12-hour day shifts and a 36-hour workweek, caring for high-acuity post-surgical patients.

Requires CA RN license, BSN, and current BLS/ACLS/CCRN/NIHSS/PALS, plus 2+ years inpatient experience and Epic charting skills. Ability to float within 75+ miles is expected. Epic experience is required.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license and BSN required.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient clinical experience.
• Current BLS/ACLS/CCRN/NIHSS/PALS certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high acuity postoperative care in PACU.
• Monitor patients and manage airway, invasive lines and vital signs.
• Perform post-operative recovery and coordination with surgical teams.
• Float within 75+ mile radius as needed; document in Epic.
