Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Clarkston, Washington. This PACU RN role offers 40 hours per week, 10 hour days, and a 13 week assignment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience and the ability to care for diverse patient populations. As a PACU RN you will monitor post-op patients as they recover from anesthesia, develop care plans, and ensure timely recovery before room transfer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications preferred.
• Willing to travel and provide PACU care.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of patients from pediatrics to adults.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient's condition.
• Monitor critical patients for condition changes and report to the physician.
• Determine when patients are recovered and ready to move to a room.
