Qualifications

• Active HI RN license required by start of assignment.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 2+ years of experience as a critical care RN (ER, ICU, or PACU) in a hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• PACU setting caring for patients pre-op, Phase I, and Phase II recovery.
• Uses Meditech, PCA Pumps, Pyxis, Braun IV Pumps, Cryocuff, SCDs, and monitoring equipment.
• Shifts vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends/holidays.
• May rotate between ASU and PACU units.
• On-call 0-3 times per month, including 8-hour nights and 24-hour weekend/holiday shifts.
