Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel nurse RN for PACU in Chattanooga, TN. The PACU RN will care for patients recovering from anesthesia, monitor recovery, and collaborate with surgical teams on post-op plans.

Requires 1 year PACU experience, an active RN license, and current BLS; ACLS is required, with PALS/ENPC preferred. Travel role with competitive pay and benefits; start ASAP for 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a PACU RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient recovery after anesthesia and surgery.
• Monitor vital signs and recovery from anesthesia.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordinate care with the surgical team for discharge or transport.
