MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Louisville, KY. The RN will provide postoperative care in the PACU, monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia, and coordinate transfers or discharges as needed.

The role requires an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with at least 18 months of PACU experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 18+ months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia in PACU.
• Monitor patients as they wake up from anesthesia and during transfer or discharge.
