Modern Healthcare Solutions in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment. 24 hours per week, 8-hour days, ASAP start.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care, providing direction to staff and delegating tasks as needed, in accordance with policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN).
• Ohio nursing license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Provide quality care per assessment needs and care pathways.
• Educate patients and families during care and discharge.

• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Execute physician orders as specified.

Shift Information: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary

The registered nurse (RN) will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care utilizing the nursing process. The RN is responsible for providing direction to co-workers and delegating role-appropriate tasks during care implementation, all in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program resulting in:
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Licensure/Certification: Valid nursing license to practice in the state of Ohio. CPR certification required.
