American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU night shift position in Columbus, OH. The role requires OH or compact licensure, telemetry, and ventilator skills, with a 13-week assignment and 36 hours per week.

The travel position offers benefits including tax-free stipends, and a night shift schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Local candidates are welcome; the package is based on 12-hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Active OH or compact RN license required at submission.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Telemetry and ventilator skills required.
• Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited program required.
• Two professional references required, including at least one supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30
• Tele and vent experience required
• Responsibilities include recovery and monitoring of postoperative patients in a trauma PACU environment
• Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly upon contract signing
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Time-off requests must be included at the time of submission
• Former employees eligible if separated for 6 months or more; current employees are ineligible
