Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced PACU RN for rotating day/night shifts in a major academic medical center with a current MA RN license and travel PACU background.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the PACU of an academic medical center
• Provides care for post-anesthesia surgical patients
• 50% day/night rotation with up to 2 weekend shifts per month
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Epic for charting
• 36 hours per week
• Proof of MA licensure required for consideration
• Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility; local rate applies if within radius
• No validated parking provided; public parking or public transportation recommended
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
• Required to provide high-level post-anesthesia care with a multidisciplinary team
