Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ukiah, California. This outpatient role involves developing and implementing treatment programs to restore patients’ physical function and functioning within an interdisciplinary care team.

The candidate must have a DPT (or foreign equivalent), California licensure, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver’s license. The position runs 13 weeks at 40 hours weekly with rotating 8-hour shifts, typically Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent.
• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor.
• 0 years of experience in the specialty.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions; serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Completes evaluations ensuring quality standards, develops individualized treatment and discharge plans, and maintains comprehensive clinical documentation; supervises assigned assistants and performs other duties.
