Job summary

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Eugene, Oregon. The position requires working 40 hours per week with a shift of 8 hours in the daytime, for a 13‑week assignment. Immediate StartDate and 8‑hour days.

You will evaluate and treat an outpatient caseload, create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Licensure in Oregon and BLS are required; travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oregon PT license.
• Outpatient experience is recommended.
• SSN Required.
• DOB Required.
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history.
• BLS Certification.
• Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy and develop treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload and document progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help patients regain mobility.
