Job summary

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Eugene, Oregon. This outpatient role involves managing a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses, with 40-hour weeks and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required.
• Active PT license in the state.
• Supervisory references may be requested.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services in a travel/assignment setting.
• Coordinate care with facility staff and document progress.
