Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to provide travel-based therapy services. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and use exercises and manual therapy to restore mobility and reduce pain while collaborating with other clinicians.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, active state licensure, and NPTE passage, plus at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Active state licensure required.
• Must have passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
