Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic care for patients aged 10 and older. The role involves 30–40 minute treatment sessions, evaluations, and care coordination within the outpatient setting using TherOffice EMR.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree with an active license, outpatient orthopedics experience, and familiarity with TherOffice EMR. BLS may be required, and the role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care to patients aged 10 and older, conducting 30-40 minute treatment sessions and evaluations, primarily through internal referrals, utilizing TherOffice EMR, and managing chronic conditions and injury recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, outpatient orthopedics experience, and familiarity with TherOffice EMR. BLS certification may be required.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics, patient assessment, documentation, and treatment planning. Ability to treat diverse age groups and work independently.
