CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to manage a diverse caseload across outpatient settings in California.

You will perform 30-minute follow-ups and 1-hour evaluations, supporting patients recovering from injuries and chronic conditions, while using an EMR with AI scribe. Qualifications

• Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification may be required.
