Qualifications

• 1+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Experience treating orthopedic and post-surgical conditions preferred.
• PT license required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Treat adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Handle case types including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post‑op back pain, disc herniation, fractures, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff repair, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, TMJ dysfunction, and total joint replacement.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, AM shift, 5x8s, 40 hrs/week.
• Flexible schedule structure.
• No call requirements.
• Documentation is done in NextGen.
• Supported by a dedicated PTA.
