Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist in Pasadena, Maryland, to treat a general orthopedic caseload in an outpatient clinic. The position runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, day shifts, and requires 2+ years of outpatient experience plus at least one prior travel assignment.

BLS is required and Cert DN is preferred, with licensure as applicable. The assignment emphasizes gait training, orthopedic care, and documentation, with no time off during the first two weeks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outpatient experience
• At least one prior travel assignment
• Current BLS certification required
• CertDN certification preferred
• License required if applicable
• Two supervisory references with 2+ years experience in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and document orthopedic and sports medicine patients
• Utilize modalities such as cryotherapy, e-stim, moist heat, and TENS
• Provide home exercise programs and patient education
• No time off during first two weeks of the assignment
• Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed per 13-week contract
• Local status requires living within 60 miles or matching driver’s license to address
