Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Athens, Tennessee. The role focuses on outpatient therapy for adult and pediatric patients, with 36 hours per week and 3x12-hour day shifts.

You will work 1:1 with patients, treating geriatrics, adults and children with musculoskeletal, neurological and developmental needs. May float to acute care as needed; travel therapists must reside 60+ miles away and hold TN license.

Qualifications

• Current TN OT license required (if applicable).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of OT experience.
• Experience with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions; pediatrics development delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient OT in a setting serving pediatric and adult patients.
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 36 hrs/wk.
• Every other weekend required; 1:1 patient sessions.
• Patients include geriatrics, adults, and pediatrics with musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental diagnoses.
• May float to acute hospital setting as needed; no on-call requirements.
