TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 17-week assignment in Hayward, California. The OTA will work under OT supervision to help patients improve daily living skills and functional abilities.

Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Current BLS and NBCOT (COTA) certification.
- State licensure in California is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic activities under the supervision of the supervising OT.
- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the OT.
- Document patient performance and progress per facility/state guidelines.
- Assist with exercises, mobility training and adaptive equipment use.
- Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
- Maintain treatment areas and equipment cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
- Comply with licensing rules and professional standards.
