Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents focusing on ADLs, mobility, and independence.
• Implement therapy plans, conduct sessions, document progress.
• Support residents with ADLs, mobility training, balance and strength activities, safe transfers.
• Maintain documentation and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure a safe, clean therapy environment adhering to infection control and facility policies.
