You will provide and document OT interventions under supervision, participate in treatment planning, and collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to coordinate care while maintaining infection

Qualifications

• COTA with active credential; Maryland licensure or eligibility.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a SNF environment and follow facility policies.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work the listed shift (08:00–16:30) and assignment schedule.

Responsibilities
