Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• OT license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized OT programs in a nursing home setting.
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain daily living activities.
• Teach use of adaptive equipment for participation in activities.
• Study, evaluate, and record patients' activities and progress.
