Ironside Human Resources is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a hospital located east of Birmingham, AL. This is a full-time travel contract with potential temp-to-perm.

The OT will complete concise documentation, evaluate functional status, interpret the physician's plan of care, and perform ongoing assessments to guide treatment.

Candidates must hold an active OT license and AOTA registration, be self-motivated and well-organized, and present a professional appearance.

Pay: $60.00/hour Occupational Therapist Opportunity: Full-time, travel contract Open to temp to perm as well Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity. Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician s plan of care. Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association. Current and active Occupational Therapist license Must be self-motivated, responsible, role model, well organized Have a nice appearance being well-groomed and demonstrate appropriate contact
