Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Bemidji, Minnesota. The role is inpatient OT IP in an acute care setting, with structured group sessions, cognitive testing, and 1:1 therapy. Start date is 10/26/2026 for 7 weeks at 40 hours per week, 8-hour daytime shifts, travel employment.

The candidate must be licensed (OTR/L), BLS certified, and have 2+ years in behavioral therapy, with experience in SLUMS, MoCA, and CPT testing. EPIC is used for charting.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in occupational therapy (OTR/L).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral therapy setting.
• Experience with SLUMS, MoCA, and CPT testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least two structured groups daily.
• Conduct cognitive testing with patients.
• Manage 1:1 therapy sessions as needed.
