Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an immediate opening in Bemidji, Minnesota. This 6-week assignment requires 40 hours per week, typically 8-hour days, with travel responsibilities supported by a staffing agency focused on acute care settings.

Qualified candidates should have BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensure; 1 year of OT experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of OT experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care to improve daily living skills.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, documenting for physicians and payers.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and equipment use.
• Coordinate with care teams and adjust treatment as needed.
• Review medical history, observe performance, and set goals for therapy.
