TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This 14-week role includes 32 hours per week and an 8-hour day shift in a hospital or acute care setting.

Requirements include 1 year of OT experience (6 months may be considered for strong candidates), BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensure. This is a travel position with tax-free stipends and weekly pay through TotalMed Allied.

Competenze

• 1 year of OT experience required; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state licensing.
• OTs should be able to stand/walk for long periods and have knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care to improve daily living skills.
• Perform home or workplace assessments to identify improvements.
• Educate patients, families, and employers on accommodations and care needs.
• Document patient progress per state and payer guidelines.
