HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (General) for a travel assignment in Puyallup, Washington. The role runs for 13 weeks starting on 11/23/2026, with weekly pay between $2,365 and $2,518 and guaranteed 35 hours per week.

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations for residents to determine functional status and rehabilitation needs.

• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in the patient record.
