Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Twentynine Palms, CA. The OT will deliver evidence-based interventions, evaluate patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in CA
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• OTR Certification (NBCOT) preferred

Responsibilities

• Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals
• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions
• Provide direct therapy using adaptive techniques and assistive devices
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care
• Track patient progress and maintain documentation
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines
• Assist with discharge planning and community/home-based transitions
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice
