Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pleasant Hill, CA. You will deliver skilled OT services under physician orders, assessing patients and planning interventions to improve daily living activities.

You will supervise COTAs as needed, document progress timely, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while upholding safety and regulatory standards. This travel role offers exposure to varied facilities across Northern California.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active California OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Prior experience preferred — new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician referrals
• Develop and revise individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document therapy services in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state and facility guidelines
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and ethical standards
