Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Northern California is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Clearlake, CA. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call and exposure to outpatient and acute inpatient care.

Start date ASAP or in September; typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring thorough documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license.
• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life.
• Treat patients across outpatient and acute-care settings as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans appropriately.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
